Client Onboarding
When potential clients want to subscribe to our fundraising services, they go through an online application process and provide relevant information about their organization. We will do our preliminary due diligence checks and then engage the contacts provided so that we can go through a formal contracting process where terms and conditions are discussed. Once the parties reach a fruitful conclusion, we seal the deal and move on to the next step. At this point, we become fully aware of the client`s mission, goals, and fundraising efforts. Moreover, we organize coaching and training sessions for the staff and volunteers of our clients. The sessions are to introduce them to effective fundraising techniques and best practices.
Needs Assessment
Identifying the client’s specific funding needs and priorities. This stage, we identify the client’s specific needs and priorities. This will determine how to approach the fundraising activities. Sometimes, we realize that clients need less or more than they anticipate. We use appropriate budgeting tools to determine exactly what the client needs. This will reduce the stress in fundraising activities and also donor fatigue.
Research, Analysis and Strategic Planning
Donors have interest in specific causes and charities. They have their own criteria they use to assess ad awards funding. In order to attract the right donor, we conduct research on potential donors. We also research current fundraising trends, and the competitive landscape. Based on our research and analysis, we design customized plans including goals, timelines and tactics for the fundraising.
Grant Writing and Research
We research and write grant proposals to secure funding from foundations and government agencies by assessing donor criteria and monitoring deadlines and application processes. We write these proposals to suit what donors are looking for and prepare presentations in case they are needed to defend our proposals.
