Participation Fees
Payment Policies
Full payment of the approved participation fees listed below must be made by 10th June, 2026 in order to secure participation in the conference. Delegates who fail to make full payment by this deadline will forfeit their opportunity to participate in the conference.
Fee variations are part of Prep and Pave’s commitment to ensuring equal access for individuals from diverse economic backgrounds. These variations may result from geo-economic conditions of applicants.
Only the Executive Chairman, acting on the advice of the Secretary-General, is authorized to grant any discounts or fee waivers. The Executive Chairman has the final authority on all decisions regarding fee variations and discounts.
Delegates are strongly advised not to make payments to any individual or group of individuals. All payments must be made directly into the official conference account (details provided below). However, delegates who are unable to do so due to exceptional circumstances may make payments only through accredited Faculty Advisors within their institutions.
All payment receipts must be properly kept for record purposes.
Please note that any delegate who chooses to withdraw from the conference shall not be entitled to a refund of any fees paid.
Approved Fees
Category A
This category applies to all delegates with Ghanaian citizenship or residence.
Fee:
One Thousand and Fifty Ghana Cedis (GHC 1,050.00)
The participation fee covers the following:

Accommodation at the official conference hostel for the entire duration of the conference

Feeding for the entire conference period

Internal transportation to all conference facilities

Conference materials, including a water bottle and an e-certificate
